Once an issue of Mercados y Negocios has been published, the articles are available for archiving in institutional repositories with the reference to Mercados y Negocios, as well as the corresponding acknowledgements.

Research librarians are encouraged to include this journal in their list of electronic journals. It should also be noted that the open source publishing system of this journal is suitable for faculty libraries wishing to publish their own journals (see Open Journal Systems).
