Editorial communications and decisions are sent through OJS to the email address registered by the authors. Each author is responsible for regularly checking their email, including spam or junk folders, and monitoring their submission status in OJS. Failure to read a notification or its classification as spam does not invalidate or suspend an editorial decision communicated through the platform.
